By using Nennininni you agree to these terms.
Service
Nennininni builds a voice profile from your recordings and converts a chosen lullaby performance into that voice. Output is AI-generated and may vary.
Account and consent
You must be at least 18. You may only record your own voice or that of an adult who has explicitly authorised you. Using someone's voice without permission is prohibited and leads to account termination. You confirm you hold the rights to any audio you upload.
Unacceptable use
No use of generated audio for deception, impersonation, fraud, harassment or any unlawful purpose. Commercial distribution requires our written permission.
Premium
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) sold through the App Store / Google Play. Price and period are shown at purchase. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your store account. Refunds follow store policies. Free plan: 1 voice profile, a limited number of lullabies per month, basic library.
Intellectual property
The app, design and curated library belong to Nennininni or its licensors. You keep the rights to your recordings and the lullabies made from them; you grant us only the limited licence needed to provide the service.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". Nennininni is not a medical product or childcare service; your baby's safety and sleep routine remain your responsibility.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app.
