Privacy Policy

Nennininni lets parents create lullabies in their own voice. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights.

What we collect

• Account: email, optional name, your relationship to the baby and the baby's name (optional), language and timezone.
• Voice recordings: short samples you record to build a voice profile, and the resulting voice profile. Voice data is treated as sensitive personal data and processed only with your explicit consent.
• Lullabies you create: the donor lullaby you choose, audio you upload, and converted outputs.
• Feedback: ratings and notes after a lullaby.
• Device: push token, platform and app version, to send notifications.
• Usage: last seen time and creation counts (for quotas).

We do not collect location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers.

How we use it

To build your voice profile and convert lullabies into your voice; run your account, sign-in codes and notifications; measure quality (aggregated, anonymised ratings); enforce quotas and Premium.

Third-party processing

We use AI voice providers (e.g. ElevenLabs, Resemble AI) for conversion. Your samples and donor audio are sent to them only for conversion. Payments are handled by the App Store / Google Play via RevenueCat; we never see card details.

Retention and deletion

Voice samples and profiles are kept until you delete them or close your account. You can delete any voice profile or lullaby instantly in the app; files and the provider-side clone are removed. Account deletion: Settings → Delete account — 30-day grace period, then permanent deletion.

Children

Nennininni is for adult parents. We do not knowingly collect data from children; recordings belong to the parent and consent is given by the parent.
